Enjoy yourselves! Dont make sex a chore, or something that has to get done before you go to work because its the “right time”.  If you know your cycle then plan intimate dates and romantic dinners around these times.  Discover each other again and re-ignite that passion!

Look after your body externally.  Be careful which tampons you use and the chemicals that are in vaginal washes and sprays. Go for organic, natural products where possible.

Look after your body on the inside, and that goes for the men too!  Take extra vitamins and look at your diet.  For healthy sperm go for a healthy heart diet full of oatmeal, veggies and a reduction in red meat and alcohol which can be attributed to restricted blood flow.

In summary, listen to your body, go natural and organic where possible and get your body in the best shape it can be to increasst your chances of conception.

Taking Time for Love

It is not easy to keep the romance and passion at its highest throughout a relationship. Inevitably a couple is busy when it comes to work, family, and other commitments. However it is important to take time for romance and similar aspects in a relationship, even when it does not come naturally in terms of time and schedule.

Consider taking time to take a night out or even a weekend trip. If you have children, look into having them stay with family or another option. You might be surprised how a change of pace can give you time to relax.

Another important aspect of this is to not just realize it’s about physical aspects of a relationship. Obviously a weekend getaway can be very romantic, but it is also important in terms of emotion. Take time to talk with one another during this time, as all the important aspects of a relationship fit together and are linked to sex, romance, and passion.

You should also realize that taking time for your relationship does not have to mean a vacation. Spending five or ten minutes a day in which you and your partner connect and talk about what is on your mind is a great idea. You will be able to balance the stressors of life with the positive support of each other, which will positively affect how close you are with each other.

Making time for each other can be multi-faceted. Linked to romance and passion is the connection between you and your partner – do what it takes to keep all of it alive and well.

Healthy Relationship Stages

Excitement is the first stage of a healthy relationship. The excitement comes from the mystery and newness of a beginning relationship. Learning about the other person and connecting is exciting and interesting. This is the honeymoon phase when everything is perfect and wonderful, and you haven’t told him that you don’t cook.

Once the thrill of excitement settles down, the dating relationship enters the acceptance stage. Acceptance comes when the shiny has worn off and you start to see, acknowledge and accept each other’s flaws as well as the positive qualities. When you know and accept that he leaves his dirty socks on the bathroom floor and he accepts that you leave the cover off the tube of toothpaste.

Trust comes next. It does not happen quickly, but is built as the relationship progresses through the first two stages and beyond. Without trust, the relationship cannot succeed or move forward.

Meeting the family signifies a step forward in the relationship, beyond dating and into a serious, potentially long-term committed relationship. This can be siblings, parents, grandparents or even children.

When both people are ready, the next healthy step is commitment. For some couples this can be marriage, for others it can be living together or buying a house together.

The next stage is adjustment. Committing to a relationship a major life change and will take some adjustment on the part of both people. Sharing the household responsibilities, bills, and even a bed takes some getting used to. If you have a strong relationship, you both will adjust to your new life together with a few adjustments and compromises that were not necessary while you were dating.
